Julie Thallon (Chair of Trustees at the Patients Association) and Alf Collins (Trustee of the Patients Association, and NHS England’s former National Clinical Director for personalised care) will be discussing the tools and strategies patients can use to prepare for clinical appointments. They will be discussing how patients can prepare to ask good questions, to actively engage in shared decision-making and to clearly describe their priorities when discussing their healthcare choices. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers.
The webinar will be followed by the Patients Association's Annual General Meeting.
