    With reference to the quote below from the minutes, I wonder if there is an opportunity for national PSP to feed this back to all PSP leads i.e. those that oversee recruitment at a local level? Is there a mechanism to achieve this?

    'Where approaches to involvement, induction, remuneration, remit, and peer support is very varied'

    There should be, at least a common minimum standard of engagement with those of us who perform the role?
